These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IFLIXAI platform, website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using IFLIXAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. About IFLIXAI

IFLIXAI is a curated, AI-assisted video platform. Unlike open publishing platforms, all submitted content is subject to administrative review and approval prior to publication. Users do not have the ability to instantly publish content publicly.  IFLIXAI does not offer unrestricted AI content creation tools. All content and AI features, including any likeness-based processing, are subject to review, approval, and limitation at IFLIXAI’s sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
  • Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
  • Not be barred from using the Service under applicable laws

By using IFLIXAI, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

IFLIXAI may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Content Submission & Review
4.1 Administrative Review

All videos and related content submitted to IFLIXAI are reviewed by administrators prior to approval, monetization, or publication. Submission does not guarantee approval or publication.

IFLIXAI reserves the right to:

  • Reject, remove, or restrict content at its sole discretion
  • Request modifications or additional information
  • Remove previously approved content if it later violates policies
5. Content Ownership & License
5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit.

5.2 Limited License for Review and Publication

By submitting content to IFLIXAI, you grant IFLIXAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use your content solely for the purposes of administrative review, moderation, platform operation, and publication consistent with these Terms.

This license terminates upon content removal, except where retention is required for legal, compliance, or dispute resolution purposes.

6. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You may not submit or engage in content or conduct that includes, but is not limited to:

  • Illegal, unlawful, or fraudulent material
  • Copyright or trademark infringement
  • Hate speech, harassment, or threats
  • Sexual exploitation, abuse, or non-consensual content
  • Violent or extremist content
  • Deceptive, misleading, or impersonation-based content
  • Financial scams or payment fraud
  • Malware, spyware, or harmful code

Violation may result in content removal, account suspension, termination, forfeiture of earnings, or reporting to authorities.

7. Monetization & Payments

Monetization features are governed by the Payments, Payouts & Monetization Policy.

Key principles:

  • Monetization eligibility is conditional upon compliance
  • Payouts may be delayed, adjusted, or withheld due to violations, disputes, chargebacks, or fraud risk
  • IFLIXAI does not guarantee earnings or revenue

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe), subject to their terms.

8. Refunds & Disputes

Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes are handled according to the Refund & Dispute Policy. Users agree not to initiate fraudulent or bad-faith disputes.

9. Copyright & DMCA

IFLIXAI complies with applicable copyright laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

  • Rights holders may submit takedown notices
  • Repeat infringers may be terminated
  • Counter-notification procedures are available

10. AI Transparency

IFLIXAI supports AI-assisted creation. Users must:

  • Disclose AI-generated or AI-assisted content when required
  • Avoid deceptive or misleading AI use
  • Comply with the AI Transparency Policy

IFLIXAI reserves the right to label, restrict, or remove AI-generated content.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Service is subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, used, stored, and protected.

12. Security

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to breach platform security
  • Circumvent moderation or review processes
  • Access systems or data without authorization

Violations may result in immediate termination and legal action.

13. Suspension & Termination

IFLIXAI may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violations of these Terms or platform policies
  • Legal or regulatory compliance
  • Risk management or platform integrity

Termination may result in loss of access and forfeiture of unpaid earnings where permitted by law.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
IFLIXAI makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Content approval
  • Monetization success
  • Platform availability
  • Earnings or audience reach
15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IFLIXAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IFLIXAI from claims arising from:

  • Your content
  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IFLIXAI is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

18. Changes to Terms

IFLIXAI may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
