IFLIXAI is committed to protecting the security, confidentiality, and integrity of user and creator data. This Security & Data Protection Policy describes the safeguards, responsibilities, and practices used to protect information on the IFLIXAI platform (“Platform”).

This Policy forms part of the IFLIXAI Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Protection

This Policy applies to:

  • User and creator account information
  • Payment-related data processed through third-party providers
  • Content submitted for review or publication
  • Platform analytics and operational data

It does not replace or override the Privacy Policy, which governs personal data collection and usage.

2. Data Security Measures

IFLIXAI implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data, including:

  • Secure access controls and authentication mechanisms
  • Role-based access for administrative systems
  • Encrypted data transmission using industry-standard protocols
  • Secure hosting environments and infrastructure protections
  • Monitoring and logging for unauthorized access attempts

Security measures are periodically reviewed and updated.

3. Payment Data Protection

IFLIXAI does not store full payment card information on its servers.

All payment transactions are processed through PCI-compliant third-party providers (such as Stripe). Payment information is handled in accordance with the provider’s security standards and policies.

4. Data Access & Internal Controls

Access to sensitive data is limited to authorized personnel who require access to perform legitimate Platform functions, including:

  • Content moderation and review
  • Payment and payout administration
  • Compliance and fraud prevention

Personnel are subject to confidentiality obligations.

5. Data Retention & Minimization

IFLIXAI retains data only for as long as necessary to:

  • Operate the Platform
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
  • Resolve disputes and enforce policies

Data may be anonymized or securely deleted when no longer required.

6. Third-Party Services

IFLIXAI may use trusted third-party service providers for hosting, payments, analytics, moderation, and communications.

These providers are required to maintain appropriate security measures consistent with their roles. IFLIXAI is not responsible for the independent security practices of third parties.

7. User Responsibilities

Users and creators are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
  • Using strong passwords and secure devices
  • Promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access

IFLIXAI is not responsible for breaches resulting from user negligence.

8. Incident Response & Breach Notification

IFLIXAI maintains procedures to respond to security incidents and data breaches.

If a breach involving personal data is identified, IFLIXAI will:

  • Take reasonable steps to contain and investigate the incident
  • Notify affected users and authorities where required by applicable law
9. International Data Transfers

IFLIXAI may process and store data in multiple jurisdictions. Where required, appropriate safeguards are implemented for cross-border data transfers.

10. No Absolute Security Guarantee

While IFLIXAI strives to protect data, no system is completely secure. Users acknowledge that transmission of data over the internet involves inherent risks.

11. Policy Enforcement

Violations of this Policy may result in:

  • Account suspension or termination
  • Content removal
  • Legal action where appropriate
12. Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
