Payments, Payouts & Monetization Policy

This Payments, Payouts & Monetization Policy (“Policy”) explains how payments are processed, how creators may earn revenue, and how payouts are handled on the IFLIXAI platform (“Platform”). This Policy forms part of the IFLIXAI Terms of Service and applies to all users and creators.

1. Overview of Monetization on IFLIXAI

IFLIXAI provides a platform for the distribution of approved digital content. Monetization opportunities may be offered to eligible creators through features such as, but not limited to:

  • Subscriptions 
  • Pay-per-view or rental access 
  • Promotional or licensing arrangements 
  • Other monetization models introduced by IFLIXAI from time to time 

All monetization is subject to administrative approval, compliance with IFLIXAI policies, and applicable law.

Submission of content does not guarantee monetization.

2. Payment Processing

All payments made on the Platform are processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe.

IFLIXAI does not operate as a bank, money transmitter, or escrow service. Payments are processed according to the payment processor’s terms, policies, and compliance requirements.

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with Stripe’s applicable agreements and requirements.

3. Creator Eligibility for Monetization

To be eligible for monetization and payouts, creators must:

  • Have an approved creator account 
  • Submit content that is approved for publication by IFLIXAI 
  • Comply with all Platform policies, including: 
    • Creator Guidelines 
    • Content Submission & Moderation Policy 
    • Terms of Service 
  • Complete any required identity, tax, or verification processes 
  • Maintain an account in good standing 

IFLIXAI reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke monetization eligibility at its sole discretion.

4. Revenue Calculation & Platform Fees

Creator earnings are calculated based on the applicable monetization model and any revenue share or payout structure disclosed at the time monetization is enabled.

IFLIXAI may deduct:

  • Platform service fees 
  • Payment processing fees 
  • Taxes, where required by law 
  • Refunds, chargebacks, or reversals 

Specific percentages, fees, or payout terms may vary by program and may be updated with notice.

5. Payouts to Creators
5.1 Payout Schedule

Payouts are issued on a periodic basis (e.g., monthly), subject to:

    • Minimum payout thresholds 
    • Completion of verification requirements 
    • Absence of unresolved disputes, refunds, or compliance issues 

IFLIXAI does not guarantee payout timing and may delay payouts where reasonably necessary.

5.2 Payment Method

Creators must connect a valid payout method supported by the payment processor. IFLIXAI is not responsible for failed payouts due to incorrect or outdated payout information.

6. Holds, Delays, and Withholding of Funds

IFLIXAI reserves the right to place holds on earnings, delay payouts, or withhold funds in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Content under review or investigation 
  • Policy or legal violations 
  • Suspected fraud, abuse, or manipulation 
  • Excessive refunds or chargebacks 
  • Requests from payment processors or legal authorities 

Funds may be held for a reasonable period to cover potential liabilities.

7. Refunds, Chargebacks & Reversals

User refunds and chargebacks may result in deductions from creator earnings, including amounts already paid out.

Creators are responsible for losses associated with:

  • Refunds issued under the Refund Policy 
  • Chargebacks initiated by users 
  • Payment processor reversals or disputes 

IFLIXAI reserves the right to recover such amounts from future earnings.

8. Taxes

Creators are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any applicable taxes on earnings received through the Platform.

IFLIXAI may collect tax-related information or issue tax forms as required by law or payment processors.

9. No Guarantee of Revenue

IFLIXAI makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Earnings amounts 
  • Audience size 
  • Monetization success 
  • Continued availability of monetization features 

Revenue may fluctuate or cease entirely.

10. Termination & Account Closure

Upon termination or closure of a creator account:

  • Outstanding eligible balances may be paid out after applicable holds and deductions 
  • Funds may be withheld where disputes, investigations, or liabilities remain 
  • Access to monetization features will cease immediately 
11. Policy Changes

IFLIXAI may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of monetization features constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
