Faceswap Legal & Likeness Policy

1. Purpose of This Policy

This policy governs the use of Faceswap and likeness-based AI features on IFLIXAI. It exists to protect users, creators, the public, and the platform from impersonation, deception, and unlawful use of biometric or likeness data.

2. Eligibility

To use Faceswap features, a user must:

  • Maintain a verified IFLIXAI account

  • Complete live face verification

  • Agree to all Terms of Service, Creator Guidelines, and this policy

3. Prohibited Uses

Faceswap may not be used to:

  • Impersonate another individual

  • Use the likeness of a public figure or private individual without consent

  • Create deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent representations

  • Produce sexualized, exploitative, defamatory, or harmful content

  • Circumvent identity verification or moderation systems

  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as real footage

4. Consent & Rights Representation

By using Faceswap, you represent and warrant that:

  • The captured face is your own likeness

  • You are not submitting another person’s likeness

  • You have the legal right to use your likeness for AI-generated content

  • You understand that violations may result in removal, suspension, or termination

5. License for Verification and Review

By submitting a live facial capture, you grant IFLIXAI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Process and analyze biometric data solely for identity verification, moderation, and platform security

  • Store encrypted facial embeddings for fraud prevention and compliance

This license does not grant IFLIXAI ownership of your likeness.

6. Data Handling & Retention

  • Facial data is processed using secure, encrypted systems

  • Raw biometric recordings are retained only as long as necessary for verification and audit purposes

  • IFLIXAI does not sell or license biometric data to third parties

7. Enforcement

IFLIXAI reserves the right to:

  • Reject or revoke Faceswap access

  • Remove related content

  • Suspend or terminate accounts

  • Cooperate with legal authorities where required by law

8. Reporting & Appeals

Users may report suspected misuse of Faceswap or likeness abuse. Appeals may be submitted if access is revoked. All reports are reviewed by a separate administrator.

9. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. Continued use of Faceswap constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
