Creator Guidelines

These Creator Guidelines (“Guidelines”) outline the standards, requirements, and expectations for creators submitting content to IFLIXAI (“IFLIXAI,” “we,” “us,” or the “Platform”).

IFLIXAI is a curated AI cinema platform. All content is reviewed by administrators prior to publication. These Guidelines apply to all creators, contributors, collaborators, and any parties submitting content for review.

1. Creator Eligibility

To submit content to IFLIXAI, creators must:

  • Be legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement

  • Submit original or properly licensed content

  • Comply with all applicable laws and Platform policies

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during submission

IFLIXAI reserves the right to verify creator identity and eligibility.

2. Original Content Requirement

Creators must submit original AI-generated cinematic content or content for which they hold all necessary rights.

You may not submit content that:

  • Is copied, scraped, or derived from copyrighted works without permission

  • Infringes intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights

  • Uses unlicensed datasets, models, or media

  • Replicates or imitates protected characters, actors, or franchises without authorization

Originality is a key requirement for monetization and eligibility for creator funding programs.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

Creators must accurately disclose:

  • Whether content is AI-generated or AI-assisted

  • The general tools or techniques used (where requested)

  • Any synthetic or altered elements (e.g., faces, voices, environments)

Misrepresentation of AI usage may result in rejection or removal.

4. Likeness, FaceSwap & Consent

If content includes:

  • FaceSwap technology

  • Synthetic likenesses

  • Real or identifiable individuals

Creators must:

  • Obtain explicit consent from all depicted individuals

  • Comply with IFLIXAI’s Likeness & FaceSwap Consent Addendum

  • Ensure content does not mislead, defame, or impersonate individuals

Unauthorized or deceptive use of likenesses is strictly prohibited.

5. Content Standards

All submitted content must meet IFLIXAI’s quality and safety standards.

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

  • Illegal or unlawful activity

  • Exploitative or abusive material

  • Non-consensual sexual content

  • Child sexual content (zero tolerance)

  • Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices

  • Hate speech or incitement to violence

  • Deepfakes intended to mislead or harm

Content depicting sensitive topics must be handled responsibly and may be subject to additional review.

6. Submission & Review Process

  • Content submissions are private and not publicly visible until approved

  • Submission does not guarantee publication or monetization

  • IFLIXAI may request revisions, edits, or additional information

  • IFLIXAI may reject content at its sole discretion

Creators may not attempt to bypass or interfere with the review process.

7. Monetization Eligibility

Only content approved by IFLIXAI is eligible for:

  • Subscription revenue participation

  • Rental revenue

  • Engagement-based bonuses

  • Promotional placement

  • Creator funding or grants

IFLIXAI reserves the right to:

  • Withhold or revoke monetization

  • Adjust payouts due to policy violations

  • Suspend earnings during disputes or investigations

8. Creator Conduct

Creators are expected to:

  • Act professionally and in good faith

  • Provide accurate information

  • Respect other creators, users, and staff

  • Avoid deceptive, manipulative, or abusive behavior

Harassment, threats, fraud, or attempts to game engagement metrics are prohibited.

9. Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of these Guidelines may result in:

  • Content rejection or removal

  • Monetization suspension or forfeiture

  • Account suspension or termination

  • Ineligibility for creator funding programs

  • Legal action where appropriate

Enforcement decisions are made at IFLIXAI’s sole discretion.

10. Appeals & Communication

Creators may contact IFLIXAI regarding moderation decisions through official support channels. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reversal of a decision.

11. Updates to Guidelines

These Guidelines may be updated periodically. Continued submission of content constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

12. Relationship to Other Policies

These Guidelines operate alongside:

  • Terms of Service

  • Content Ownership & Limited License Policy

  • Monetization & Payout Policy

  • Likeness & FaceSwap Consent Addendum
