IFLIXAI respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects creators and users to do the same. This Copyright & DMCA Policy outlines how copyright claims, takedown requests, and counter-notifications are handled on the IFLIXAI platform (“Platform”).

This Policy forms part of the IFLIXAI Terms of Service.

1. Copyright Ownership & Responsibility

Creators are solely responsible for ensuring that any content submitted to IFLIXAI:

  • Is original or lawfully created
  • Does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other proprietary rights
  • Complies with all applicable laws and platform policies

Submission of content represents a warranty that the creator owns or has valid rights to all included materials.

2. AI-Generated Content & Copyright

IFLIXAI is a platform for AI-generated cinema. Creators must ensure that:

  • Training data, prompts, and inputs do not knowingly infringe third-party copyrights
  • Outputs are sufficiently original and not substantially similar to protected works
  • No copyrighted characters, scenes, scripts, or likenesses are recreated without authorization

IFLIXAI does not claim ownership of creator content but reserves rights necessary for moderation, publication, and platform operation as described in the Terms of Service.

3. DMCA Takedown Requests (U.S.)

If you believe that content on IFLIXAI infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

A valid notice must include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material (with sufficient detail)
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is unauthorized
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

4. Review & Removal Process

Upon receipt of a valid copyright complaint, IFLIXAI may:

  • Temporarily hold or remove the content from publication
  • Notify the creator of the claim
  • Request additional information from either party

Because all content is pre-reviewed, removal may include denial of publication, suspension of monetization, or permanent removal.

5. Counter-Notification

If a creator believes content was removed or withheld in error, they may submit a counter-notification including:

  1. Identification of the removed content
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification
  3. Consent to the jurisdiction of U.S. federal courts (if applicable)
  4. Contact information and signature

IFLIXAI may restore content if legally permitted and no court action is initiated within the required timeframe.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

IFLIXAI maintains a zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright infringement.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:

  • Multiple valid infringement claims
  • Abuse of the DMCA process
  • Knowingly submitting infringing content

Termination may include forfeiture of unpaid earnings, subject to applicable law.

7. International Copyright Claims (EU / UK / Global)

For users outside the United States, IFLIXAI handles copyright complaints in accordance with applicable local laws, including the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) where applicable.

Rights holders may submit complaints using the same contact information above. IFLIXAI will evaluate claims in good faith and take appropriate action.

8. False Claims & Abuse

Submitting knowingly false or misleading copyright claims may result in:

  • Legal liability
  • Account suspension or termination
  • Referral to appropriate authorities

IFLIXAI reserves the right to reject abusive or bad-faith claims.

9. No Legal Advice

Nothing in this Policy constitutes legal advice. Users are encouraged to consult legal counsel regarding copyright matters.

10. Policy Updates

IFLIXAI may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
