IFLIXAI is a streaming platform dedicated exclusively to AI-generated cinema. Transparency around the use of artificial intelligence is central to maintaining trust with creators, viewers, partners, and regulators.

This AI Transparency Policy explains how artificial intelligence is used on the IFLIXAI platform (“Platform”), what disclosures are made, and the responsibilities of creators and users.

1. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

All cinematic content available on IFLIXAI is either fully or substantially generated using artificial intelligence technologies, including but not limited to:

  • AI-assisted video generation
  • AI-assisted audio, voice, or music generation
  • AI-assisted visual effects, animation, or compositing
  • AI-assisted scripting or scene generation

IFLIXAI clearly identifies content as AI-generated or AI-assisted within the Platform.

2. Creator Responsibility & Disclosure

Creators submitting content to IFLIXAI represent and warrant that:

  • Artificial intelligence tools were used in compliance with applicable laws and licensing terms
  • AI outputs are original and do not knowingly infringe third-party rights
  • Any use of real individuals’ likenesses, voices, or identities complies with IFLIXAI’s Likeness & Consent policies

Creators may be required to disclose, at a high level, the nature of AI tools or workflows used (e.g., text-to-video, image-to-video, voice synthesis), without revealing proprietary prompts or techniques.

3. No Human Reality Guarantee

Content on IFLIXAI may depict:

  • Fictional people, events, or locations
  • Synthetic or simulated likenesses
  • AI-generated voices or performances

IFLIXAI does not guarantee that any content represents real people, real events, or factual occurrences unless explicitly stated.

Viewers should not rely on Platform content as factual reporting, news, or documentary evidence.

4. Prohibited Uses of AI

The following uses of AI are strictly prohibited on IFLIXAI:

  • Non-consensual deepfakes or likeness misuse
  • AI impersonation of real individuals without authorization
  • AI-generated content designed to mislead, defraud, or deceive viewers
  • Content violating copyright, publicity rights, or privacy laws
  • Political persuasion or disinformation presented as factual content

Violations may result in removal, demonetization, suspension, or termination.

5. Platform-Level AI Use

IFLIXAI may use artificial intelligence internally to support Platform operations, including:

  • Content moderation and review assistance
  • Metadata generation and categorization
  • Recommendation and discovery optimization
  • Fraud detection and abuse prevention
  • Analytics related to engagement and monetization

These systems are designed to support, not replace, human oversight.

6. Human Oversight & Review

All content published on IFLIXAI is subject to human administrative review prior to release.

AI systems may assist moderation workflows, but final publication, monetization, and enforcement decisions are made by IFLIXAI administrators.

7. Viewer Awareness & Education

IFLIXAI may provide:

  • Educational labels or notices regarding AI-generated media
  • Informational resources explaining AI cinema
  • Contextual disclaimers for experimental or emerging AI formats

This Policy is intended to promote informed viewing and responsible engagement with AI-generated storytelling.

8. Regulatory Compliance

IFLIXAI aims to comply with applicable AI-related laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • U.S. consumer protection laws
  • EU Digital Services Act (DSA)
  • Emerging AI transparency and disclosure frameworks

This Policy may be updated as regulations evolve.
