Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) govern all use of the IFLIXAI platform (“IFLIXAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) by users, creators, and contributors (“you”). They are incorporated by reference into the IFLIXAI Terms of Service and apply to all content, submissions, interactions, and activities on the Platform.

IFLIXAI is a curated AI cinema platform, not an open publishing or file-sharing service. All content is subject to review, approval, and enforcement under these Guidelines.

1. Purpose of the Community Guidelines

The purpose of these Guidelines is to:

  • Promote a safe, lawful, and respectful environment

  • Protect creators, viewers, and rights holders

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and payment processor requirements

  • Prevent misuse of AI-generated media technologies

Violation of these Guidelines may result in content rejection, removal, demonetization, suspension, or permanent account termination.

2. Content Submission & Moderation

  • All submitted content is reviewed by IFLIXAI administrators prior to publication.

  • Submission does not guarantee approval, publication, or monetization.

  • IFLIXAI reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify any content at its sole discretion.

  • Content may be reviewed manually and with the assistance of automated detection tools.

  • Content may be removed at any time, including after publication.

3. Prohibited Content

Users and creators may not submit, distribute, or attempt to monetize content that:

A. Illegal or Harmful Content

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation

  • Promotes violence, terrorism, or criminal activity

  • Encourages self-harm, abuse, or exploitation

B. Copyright & Intellectual Property Violations

  • Uses copyrighted music, film clips, sound effects, or media without proper rights or licenses

  • Uses third-party trademarks in a misleading or infringing manner

  • Includes content generated from copyrighted training data in violation of applicable law

C. Likeness, Identity & Impersonation

  • Uses a real person’s likeness, voice, or identity without explicit written consent

  • Impersonates public figures or private individuals

  • Creates deceptive or misleading representations of real people

  • Includes deepfakes intended to mislead, defraud, or harm

D. Sexual, Exploitative, or Abusive Content

  • Sexualized depictions involving minors (strictly prohibited)

  • Non-consensual sexual or exploitative representations

  • Harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse

E. Platform Abuse & Circumvention

  • Attempts to bypass moderation, review, or approval systems

  • Submits misleading metadata, descriptions, or documentation

  • Engages in fraud, manipulation, or deceptive monetization practices

4. AI-Generated Content Standards

Because IFLIXAI focuses on AI-generated cinema:

  • Creators must disclose AI usage when requested

  • AI content must comply with all likeness, consent, and copyright rules

  • AI tools may not be used to simulate real individuals without authorization

  • Synthetic media intended to mislead viewers is prohibited

5. User Conduct

Users must not:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or creators

  • Attempt to exploit platform systems or payments

  • Use the platform for unauthorized financial activity

  • Misrepresent identity or affiliations

IFLIXAI reserves the right to restrict access or remove accounts that undermine community trust.

6. Reporting & Takedowns

  • Users and rights holders may report content through designated reporting channels

  • Reported content is reviewed promptly

  • Valid takedown requests are actioned in accordance with applicable law

  • Repeat or severe violations may result in permanent removal

7. Appeals Process

  • Creators may appeal content decisions through the official appeals process

  • Appeals are reviewed by a separate administrator where feasible

  • Decisions following appeal are final

8. Enforcement & Consequences

IFLIXAI may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Reject or remove content

  • Suspend or terminate monetization

  • Restrict account privileges

  • Permanently ban accounts

  • Cooperate with legal or regulatory authorities when required

9. Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines at any time. Updates take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Guidelines.
