Refund & Dispute Policy

This Refund & Dispute Policy (“Policy”) governs refunds, payment reversals, disputes, and chargebacks on the IFLIXAI platform (“Platform”). This Policy forms part of the IFLIXAI Terms of Service and applies to all users and creators.

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of content offered on IFLIXAI, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by IFLIXAI.

Access to digital content is typically granted immediately upon purchase or subscription activation. Once access is provided, refunds are generally not available.

2. Eligible Refund Circumstances

Refunds may be considered at IFLIXAI’s sole discretion in limited circumstances, including:

  • Technical failure that prevents access to purchased content and cannot be reasonably resolved
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • Unauthorized transactions verified by the payment processor
  • Legal obligations under applicable consumer protection laws

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date unless otherwise required by law.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction with content style, themes, or creative direction
  • Partial viewing or non-use of content
  • User error or device compatibility issues not caused by the Platform
  • Content removed due to policy violations after access was granted
  • Violations of the Terms of Service or other policies by the user
4. Subscription Refunds & Cancellations
4.1 Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

No prorated refunds are issued for unused subscription periods unless required by law.

4.2 Trial Periods

If a free or discounted trial is offered, cancellation must occur before the trial ends to avoid charges. Trial fees, once charged, are non-refundable unless legally required.

5. Creator Impact of Refunds

Refunds, chargebacks, or reversals may result in deductions from creator earnings associated with the refunded transaction.

Creators acknowledge and agree that:

  • Earnings are not considered final until refund and dispute windows have passed
  • IFLIXAI may offset refunds against future payouts
  • Repeated refunds or disputes may impact monetization eligibility
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
6.1 Filing a Dispute

Users are encouraged to contact IFLIXAI support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback through their bank or card issuer.

6.2 Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated:

    • The transaction amount may be immediately reversed
    • Additional chargeback fees imposed by the payment processor may apply
    • Access to the disputed content may be suspended

IFLIXAI reserves the right to restrict or terminate accounts associated with excessive or abusive chargebacks.

7. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

IFLIXAI may deny refund requests or disputes where fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Platform is suspected, including:

  • Repeated refund requests
  • Chargeback abuse
  • Violation of Platform policies
  • Attempted circumvention of payment systems
8. EU & International Consumer Rights

Users located in certain jurisdictions (including the EU/EEA and UK) may have statutory rights to withdraw from digital purchases within a specified period.

By purchasing digital content on IFLIXAI, users acknowledge and consent to immediate access to digital content, which may waive statutory withdrawal rights where permitted by law.

This does not affect non-waivable consumer rights.

9. Resolution Authority

All refund and dispute determinations are made by IFLIXAI in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law and payment processor requirements.

10. Policy Changes

IFLIXAI may modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
